Finally, you're going to want to call the person and arrange a place to meet. When you are there you're going to want to check everything out: track, seat, hood, skis, under the hood, and chain case for metal. Ask what it was used for and where. Then you are going to want to talk price down as much as you can, and then hopefully you can purchase this. These are the things I look at when buying a sled.
