The Indians girls basketball team ended their regular season on a good note. They won their last six games in a row. The girls hold the best record in the last ten years. They have an awesome season and grew as a team. They had a rough start and took some time for girls to find their role on the team and how to play together. They started to balance out after they came back from Christmas break. They got into a roll losing a few games they shouldn’t have along the way. To end their season, they played at Madelia and won 71-36. They had an awesome team game and finished the year 14-9 for their overall record. The girls got the third seed in the section. Since they ended up in the top three seeds, they get a home game. The girls play March third at home at seven. It is orange out, and I hope to see everyone out there supporting their girls basketball team.
