Facts of Phobia By Anna L

Algophobia- fear of pain. It causes intense anxiety and is more powerful than of that of a normal person. This condition may be caused by people taking out of portion on a dangerous situation. Sensitivity is one of the things that can lead to having algophobia.
Symptoms of agoraphobia are breathlessness, dizziness, sweating, nausea, dry mouth, and a sense of feeling sick.( basically being nervous)
Ephebiphobia- fear of teenagers. Ephebiphobia is a unique phobia where a person dreads teenagers. The cause of this phobia is that they have either past through some experiences such as bullying. This can cause the person to conclude that a strong teen has authority. Symptoms of this phobia are avoidance, fast breathing (nervous), panic attacks, crying, screaming, and trembling.



Eosophobia- fear of dawn, daylight. Eosophobia is usually caused by having a traumatic event happen in your past. It is also believed it can be hereditary. Symptoms of this phobia are extreme anxiety, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and inability to articulate words or sentences. All these symptoms also depend on a persons level of fear.


Genophobia- fear of sex. Genophobia is caused by having a traumatic event happen in your past including rape or witnessing a horrific sexual act at a young age.
Symptoms of this phobia are breathlessness and difficulty in thinking and talking clearly.
A type of treatment for this phobia are behavioral therapy and emotional freedom technique.
