FFA Rodeo Adventure By: Francheska M

On Saturday, January 31st, about 50 FFA members went to “The World’s Toughest Rodeo” in St. Paul. It was my first time going to a rodeo, so I did not know what to expect. Once we got close to the arena, our bus stopped and we got off and had to walk about a block and a half to get inside the Xcel Center. The arena was huge! Good thing we were reserved on the main floor, and got really good seats too! They had many appearances at the rodeo, such as the bareback riders, bullriders, barrel racers, and the one arm bandit. They were amazing! The opening ceremony for the flag raising was absolutely beautiful, and nothing could top it off. After the rodeo, they had the band, Gloriana, play. It was a very nice concert, even though I only knew one song..BUT they still were very good songs!
