Getting ready for college can be a very stressful thing. It is a life changing journey that will definitely change your life forever. You will be moving away from your home, from your parents that do everything for you, and your friends that you have grown up with since age four. You really don’t know anyone else better than you know your classmates that you have learned to accept for 13 years. Yeah, some people can have an attitude of not being able to wait to get away from these people but at the end of it, you will really miss your high school years and the people you grew up with. I know I will. High school has been a fun journey for me. A roller coaster that has been going up and down, around and around, and I am finally ready to move on. I am ready to grow up and start my new life. This is gonna be a new stage of life for me and I am ready to take that challenge. I never thought this time would come this fast. I remember like it was just yesterday being a freshman and looking at the seniors saying, it’s gonna be a long time until I'm in their spot, but no, it really wasn’t a long time. Time flies by really fast, so don’t sit back and wait for things to happen. Have the time of your life in high school before it’s over!
