This past Sunday, I went to the outdoor game between the Wild and the Blackhawks. The game was played in TCF Bank Stadium at the University of Minnesota. My seat was six rows from the field, and it was next to the Blackhawk’s entrance. There was over 50,000 people at the game to cheer on their team. Throughout the game, two different bands played in between the periods. During the second period, it started to snow which added to the atmosphere of the hockey game. Every time the Wild scored, Minnesota fans started the “Crawford” chant. The Wild won the game 6-1, and the fans went crazy. Fireworks were shot off when the buzzer sounded to end the game. Next time there is an outdoor game, I would recommend you to go and watch. You will not be disappointed by the experience.
