On Tuesday, the Indians defeated the MVL Chargers 11 to 8 at the Sleepy Eye Baseball Park. Dylan K was the winning pitcher, going five innings, and giving up 2 hits along with 1 earned run. He had 6 strikeouts and 2 walks. He was 1 for 5 batting with 1 RBI. Sam T came into the game after Dylan. He gave up 7 runs on 5 hits in 2 innings pitched. He had 1 strikeout and 4 walks. Austin F had a good night a the plate going 3 for 4 with 2 RBI’s. Carter B went 1 for 3 with a walk. He added 3 RBI’s for the Indians. The Indians will face MVL at Mueller Park on Thursday, April 14th. They will be home on Friday playing a make-up game vs. Springfield.
