Bittersweet End

Senior year is a stressful, fun, and crazy time. It is a year filled with beginnings, and sad endings. Us, seniors, are applying for colleges, some close, some far away. We are deciding what to be when we grow up. With beginnings, there are always endings. It is our last first day of school, our last first sporting event, and, this week, it is our last high school homecoming. Let’s not forget it is our last year with some of our closest friends. Soon we will have to make new friends at college and end up finding roommates. College is right around the corner and we will be graduating before we know it. Soon enough we will be moving into our apartments/dorms and we will be turning into adults. It’s not all bad though. With endings come new beginnings. Once at college, we will make new friends. Granted, we will miss our old ones. We will be moving on in our lives, and accomplishing our next milestones. So with the high school years ending, we need to just remember that something good is right around the corner.
