The Indians kicked off their football season August 30th at Cedar Mountain. The Indians started the game with possession of the ball. Saul was the Indians starting quarterback and Matt B as starting running back. Austin F started at fullback until Saul got hurt on defense. Austin F came in to take over as quarterback and tried to lead the Indians to a victory, but the Cougars were just too tough. Damian also left the game early with a concussion. The end of the game score was 42 cougars and 0 for the Indians.
