Vikings vs Redskins

The Vikings beat the Washington Redskins 34-27 last night on Thursday Night Football. They weren’t playing like themselves, they had 307 net yards and 34 points. Christian Ponder threw for 174 yards and 2 touchdowns. AP ran for 75 yards and 2 touchdowns. John Carlson had 7 catches for 98 yards and a touchdown.

The Redskins’ star quarterback, Robert Griffin III, had 281 yards on 24 completions with 3 touchdowns. Running back, Alfred Morris, had 139 yards. Leading wide receiver, Pierre Garcon, had 119 yards on 7 receptions with 1 touchdown. The Redskins did not play well this game, and the Vikings played better than they did all season. The Vikings travel to Seattle to play the Seahawks next Sunday.
