ETS provides academic, career, and financial counseling to its participants and encourages them to graduate from high school and continue on to college. This program is available for financial aid and to assist participants in the application process, including the cost! ETS also provides availability to tour colleges. They will take you to the tour at no price. A representative from ETS comes once a year to each grade to educate them about college and ETS; they strongly encourage students to apply for ETS. After a student applies and becomes a part of ETS, they will have in-school meetings with a representative of ETS. A typical meeting includes questions about your grades, extracurricular activities, what you want to go to college for, where you want to go to college, and more. As you get older and closer to college, they get you ready to start your career. They help with the final decision on what you want to major in and what college you want to go to. ETS helps make your future brighter by paying for applications, giving the opportunity to tour colleges, and most importantly, meeting with you to provide you with information about college and future careers.
