Why High School Students Are So Stressed Out. By: Claudia

Most students that stress in high school are stressing over the future. What they are going to study in college, how they are going to pay bills, what job they are going to have to find, loans from the bank, grades, and so much more. So many studies have been done to students in high school on their all day life routine; what they have to go through on a normal basic day. Researcher Harris Interactive from American Psychological Association did studies on adults and teens, and it shows that teens from our generation have more or higher level of stress as a full grown adults with families, and jobs. Studies show these conditions are because of school, money, relationships, family, and of course, the future that we all fear. Stress can cause a lot of problems for a teen; it can affect your emotional and your physical self. This article is meant for people to understand teenagers and to not put them aside when they need help.
