Into the Woods

    Just last weekend Into The Woods was performed by some of our high school students here at Sleepy Eye Public. The cast wants to thank everyone who made an appearance and supported us along the way. It means a lot! Overall, we were pleased with how everything turned out, and we wouldn’t change it for a thing. As a senior, the experience was so fun as it usually is, but this year some things were different for me. Growing up I have always loved performing on stage and being a part of theatre. After my last performance it was all very bittersweet. I made so many memories and great friendships that I will cherish forever. Some advice for you underclassmen… don’t let the stage scare you! I understand if acting/singing in front of people is not your thing, but give it a shot and you may just be surprised. It is a great way to step out of your comfort zone, and most importantly, it’s a ton of fun! Thank you again to everyone who came and supported! :)
