The past two weekends was the deer hunting opener. The first week we didn't see anything but birds, annoying squirrels, and a cat. The second weekend, on Saturday at 7 o'clock, walked out an 8 point buck. Colton shot at the deer three times and killed it with the third shot. Sunday afternoon I was sitting in my tree stand, and we decided to walk the brush behind our house. With our luck, three deer came running out. Out of the three, one was a buck, and the other two were does. McKayla shot at the two does, but sadly over shot both of them and missed. We missed the buck, too. Colton's group just got the buck, and McKayla’s group didn’t get any.
