As you get older and are welcomed as a high schooler, most of us begin to start looking for a job. There are certain things you need to know even before you ask for an application for a job, and that’s exactly what I’m going to help you with on this segment.
First off, when you look for a job you need to know what the business does and where it’s located. If you don’t have a vehicle, you’ll probably want some place closer to where you live.
Second, you need to know the company’s reputation. If the business doesn’t have a good rep, you wouldn’t want to be a part of that.
Third, you have to know the boss and if he will be a good one. You need to know if you can connect with him, be friends with him, and respect him. Because if you can’t do those things you’re going to hate your job.
Most high schoolers are simply just looking for something to do to earn money, and any place would be okay to work. Honestly, your job could really suck and it won’t be worth it. So that’s my tip to you young fellas as you start looking for your first jobs.
