The Mendenhall Ice Caves are in Juneau, Alaska. Mendenhall glacier is 12 miles long in the Mendenhall Valley. The ice caves are inside the glacier but the glacier is melting fast due to global warming. The glacier has been monitored since 1942 and the glacier has receded 2 miles since 1958.
